BLUSH4 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Promotions offering free shipping, when available, will be clearly stated on the website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

BLUSH4 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

BLUSH4 is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

BLUSH4 is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
